After pressing the submit button, you should be redirected to a thank you page where you will see a PayPal link. You will also receive a confirmation email with a list of your selected workshops. If this does not happen, please try resubmitting again to ensure your registration is received.


Please select your top 4 choices for your 2 sessions. We will be using this information to determine the number of sessions and space required for each.

Please be sure to select 4 different options to ensure your best possible schedule for the day.


Early Bird Rate $75* Register on-line by February 10, 2020

$100* after February 10

* includes lunch, and refreshments. Please bring a reusable water bottle and/or coffee cup.

Payment can be made:

  • by Paypal (includes credit card) or
  • cash or
  • cheque.


If you are paying using PayPal, a link will be provided once you submit your registration.

VIPC Refund Policy 2020

Refunds can be issued (minus $10 fee) if requested before February 16, 2020

Tickets are transferable. Please contact us at for contact information, session choices and transfer authorization.

PACs and Coupon Code

Some PACs are paying the registrations for their parents. If this is true for you, please select 'PAC Payment' and input your school name in the box provided. If your PAC provided you with a code, select 'Coupon Code'.

Some district PACs are providing a limited number of complementary or discounted registrations. Please check with your school PAC to see if this option is available and request a coupon code to input below.

Participation Certificate

These are available for ECE participants. Certificates must be picked up after 12:45 p.m. at the info / book sale table on the day of the conference - they will not be available after the event.
