Congratulations on being selected as an exhibitor for this years conference. This form needs to be filled out by your main contact and payment received in order to reserve your space as an exhibitor.
Please have each member of your group fill out their own form if they wish to have lunch and snacks provided.
An invoice will be sent to you (or your organization) once your registration form is received. Payment is due by February 19, 2020.
After pressing the submit button, you should be redirected to a thank you page. If this does not happen, please try resubmitting again to ensure your registration is received.
Please submit the name(s) of people you wish to purchase lunch for (one per line). These will be added to your invoice.
Family or Child Social Enterprise: $300
Lunch and snacks are included for one person. If you wish to purchase additional food, the cost is $40 per person
Once your registration is received, an invoice will be emailed to you. Full Payment must be received by February 18.

If after becoming an approved exhibitor, for some reason you need to cancel your attendance and request a refund please note that a full refund will be given if notice is received by February 18; 50% refund will be given if notice is received prior to February 23. After this date refunds will not be issued.
