VIPC Refund Policy 2020

Conference Tickets

Full Payment must be received by Friday, February 16th, 2020.

Payment can be made:

  • by PayPal or
  • cash or
  • cheque made out to VIPC and received at 707 Pears Road Victoria, V9C 3Z6 by end of day Friday, February 16th, 2020.

Refunds can be issued (minus $10 fee) if requested before February 16, 2020

Tickets are transferable. Please contact us at info@vipc.ca for contact information, session choices and transfer authorization.

Exhibitor Fees

Payment is due by February 14.  Full refunds will be given if notice is received by February 14; 50% refund will be given if notice is received prior to February 22nd. After this date refunds will not be issued.​
